Join me in my quest to abolish unconstitutional and immoral property tax and replace it with a consumption tax collected at point of sale.It's a fair and equitable way to fund the county and everybody pays, even tourists.
Help me to make qualified property tax exemptions the norm instead of the exception. I will make all forms available online and in office and train staff to assist those seeking an exemption.
Assist me in reining in the powers in the county that treat short term rentals as their atm. I will oppose all commercial rezoning unless it's owned by a demonstratively commercial entity. Retirees and investors that own property should be free to determine its highest and best use without being handcuffed by the county's permission and extortive practices.
